Cochin Shipyard Limited had conducted written test for the recruitment to the posts of Executive Trainee for Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Civil, Naval Architect, HR, Finance & IT Disciplines. Exam for these posts was held on 28 February, 2015. Selected Candidates will now called up for GD/ Interview.
Interview Schedule:- GD/ Interview Dates for Cochin Shipyard Executive Trainee has been announced. GD/ Interview will conduct from 6 to 10 April, 2015.

Method of Selection
► For all posts the selection process will be held at Kochi. The method of selection will include a Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The Weightage for selection will be as under, Written test – 70% Group Discussion – 10%, & Personal Interview – 20%. Total – 100%.
► Based on the marks secured in the written test only those candidates in the Open and OBC categories, who fall within a prescribed ratio 1:6 in the order of merit are short listed for the group discussion and personal interview. In the case of SC/ ST/ PWD Candidates the ratio of candidates to be short listed for the group discussion and personal interview would depend on the no. of vacancies reserved and as prescribed by the company.
► Shipyard also reserves the right to increase/ decrease the above ratio for the purpose of short listing candidates for the group discussion and interview, for consideration for selection.
