Fee : Rs. 250/- in case of OBC and
General Categories candidates and Rs. 100/- for SC, ST Categories candidates in favour of Director
S.G.P.G.I.M.S., Lucknow. Payable at State Bank of India, SGPGIMS Branch,
Lucknow (7789) must be enclosed along with the application which is
non-refundable
How
to Apply : Candidate should send
the application in plain paper along with two self signed recent passport size
photograph giving full details. Application should be complete in all manner
and Application should be addressed to the Director, Sanjay Gandhi
Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Raebareli Road, Lucknow- 226014
(U.P.) and should be send by Registered Post/Speed Post only. By hand application will not be accepted before 08/05/2015. Candidates may appear for interview. Interview will be
held on 14/05/2015.
