FCB Assistant Teacher Exam Syllabus 2014
NEWS:- FCB has made slight change in the exam scheme for Assistant Teacher. Now written exam will have 200 questions consisting of 200 Marks. Mental Ability & Quantitative Aptitude section now have 50 Questions.
Ferozpur Cantonment Board will conduct a Written exam for recruitment of Assistant Teacher. Nowadays Competition Level become very high so Competitive Exams gets too tougher. Students facing critical problem of “What to prepare” and “How to prepare” to give their best in their exams. So, here we are providing the latest Syllabus & Exam Pattern of Assistant Teacher Exam conducting by Ferozpur Cantonment Board.

  • Written Exam will be multiple choice objective type.
  • The time duration of written test will be 02:30(Two and half)hours (150 minutes).
  • There would be Negative Marking of 25% mark of the given weightage for each wrong answer.
  • There will also be Teaching Proficiency Test(TPT) and interview after written test.

Child Development & Pedagogy : Concept of development and its relationship with learning, Principles of the development of children, Influence of Heredity & Environment, Socialization processes: Social world & children(Teacher, Parents, Peers), Piaget, Kohlberg, Bruner and Vygotsky: constructs and critical perspectives, Concepts of child-centered and progressive education, Critical perspective of the concept of knowledge or epistemology, Social mediation and cognitive negotiability, Language & Thought, Gender as a social construct; gender rbles, gender-bias and educational practice,Individual differences among learners, understanding differences based on diversity of language,caste, gender, community, religion etc, distinction between Assessment for learning and assessment of learning; School-Based Assessment, Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation : perspective and practice, Formulating appropriate questions for assessing readiness levels of learners; for enhancing learning and critical thinking in the classroom and for assessing learner achievement etc.
