Institute of Minerals and Materials Technology (IMMT) will conduct a Written Test for recruitment for 08 vacant posts of Assistant and Junior Stenographer. Written Test for these posts will be held in upcoming dates.

Date & Time of Exam will be Reveal soon by IMMT.

Candidates who applied for this Competitive Exam should download their E-admit Card or Hall Ticket to enter in prescribed Exam Centre of these various posts Exam conducting by IMMT. No Admit Card or Hall Ticket will reach home of Candidates by post, it can only be download in upcoming dates before exam for following posts :-

1. Assistant (G) Gr.I II
2. Assistant (S & P) Gr.II
3. Assistant (F & A) Gr.I II
4. Junior Stenographer

Selection Procedure :-

→ For post code-01, 02 & 03 : By Competitive written examination in General Hindi/General English and General Knowledge and proficiency test in Computer typing speed amongst eligible candidates. Qualifying candidates will be interviewed by a duly constituted Selection Committee, but the weightage for interview would not exceed 25% of the total prescribed marks.

→ For post code-04 only : On the basis of competitive proficiency test amongst eligible candidates possessing prescribed essential qualification and shorthand/typing speed as mentioned above. The mode of selection for all these posts will be in accordance with the applicable recruitment rules as amended from time to time.
