1. Job Position : Assistant Program Manager Operations

Job description :

• Ninja programmer in any one language! (C, C++, Java, Python etc)
• Proven Skill of managing team size of 90-150 agents for a minimum period of 1 year
• High stability factor. With average term of 2 to 3 yrs in an Organization. And, reasonable % of growth being Organic (within the organization)
• Knowledge of P&L.
• Proven Client Management skill – should have been client facing in his existing role

• You are familiar with the challenges of developing for both domestic and international audiences
