Applications
are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up various posts of OMTES
on contractual basis in Ekalavya Model Residential Schools of the State managed
by OMTES under ST & SC Dev. Deptt. , Govt. of Odisha. The selection of
candidates will be decided on the basis of career marks and interview.
Interested candidates fulfilling the requirements and eligibility criteria
should send their application in the prescribed format available in the OMTES
website www.omtes.org by 06.04.2015 through email to omtesbbsr@rediffmail.com.
They should also submit the scanned copy of two passport size photographs and
scanned attested copies of all relevant certificates and mark sheets along with
the application form. The shortlisted candidates will be intimated to attend a

Selection
Procedure : The selection will be
done in a two stage process. The application forms meeting minimum eligibility
criteria will be short listed first with weight age of 30% for academic
achievement, 20% for the previous relevant work experience (Post
Qualification). Shortlisted applicants fulfilling eligibility criteria will be
called for Personal Interview. The personal Interview will carry 50% weightage.
Combining together, the candidates with highest score in the order of merit
will be selected for the position:
