B. “O” or Higher Level Certificate course conducted by DOEAC under control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India. or Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA) / Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) certificate organized under National / State Council of Vocational Training Scheme. |
