 About SPAV: School of Planning and Architecture Vijayawada, invites applications for an admission into doctoral research programme, for the academic year 2015-16, leading to the award of the degree of Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) with a vision to develop independent and scholarly contribution to the progress of the body of knowledge. The thrust areas of research may be within the broad areas related to Architecture / Planning encompassing all disciplines related to built environment and human settlements.

Entrance Exam:

Masters Degree in Planning	15thJune 2015
Masters Degree in Architecture	16th June 2015
Doctoral Programme	17th June 2015

Admission Procedure: The selection of candidates shall be through an entrance/ written test followed by an open presentation and interview conducted by the School on 17th June 2015. The successful candidates will be provisionally admitted. However, the registration of the provisionally admitted scholar shall be subject to the successful completion of the coursework offered during the Pre PhD.
