TBJEE: Tripura Board Of Joint Entrance
Examination: Tripura Board of Joint
Entrance Examination (TBJEE) was set up by Higher Education Department by
framing the Examination REGULATION PART – I OF Tripura Board of Joint Entrance
Examination. This Examination REGULATION has been amended from time to time by
the Government. The Board, an organization of Directorate of Higher Education,
is constituted by the Government of Tripura every year.
Counseling: Candidates those
are applying for the TBJEE Entrance test are waiting for their counseling date.
Counseling of TBJEE Starts from June – July, 2015. For more information
candidates keep in touch with the TBJEE website for more information For final
date of counseling candidates may check our website. Schedule of the counseling
will be announced shortly on the website of TBJEE.

Counseling
Process :
All eligible candidates,
interested in availing the above mentioned seats, are directed to appear before
the Board on the date, time & place as mentioned above with the original
H.S. (+2 stage) Marksheet along with two attested copies of H.S. Marksheet, Permanent
Residence of Tripura Certificate (PRTC), Admit Card of TJEE-2015, Marks slip of
TJEE-2015 (to be downloaded from our website) and all other documents
(including ST & SC certificates).
They were required
previously to submit with their applications for appearing TJEE-2015. The
Candidates are also directed to remain present sharp at the time of
commencement of the Counseling-session specified for them.
No
Candidate will be considered for allotment of any seat unless he/she appears
personally before the Board at the time of Counseling. If any candidate remains
absent in First Round of Counseling he /she will not be allowed in the
subsequent round of Counseling unless he/ she applies to the Board for his/her
absence showing acceptable reasons with necessary documents before or after
Counseling as the case may be (please go through website: www.tbjee.nic.in to find Govt. Notification dated 10.06.2015 for details).
It is to be noted that the
selection of Candidates for a particular course to a certain College/University
will be subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria, including the
cut-off marks in Tripura Joint Entrance Examination-2015, if any of the
respective College/University.
There will be no wait list
of the candidates at the time of counseling. In successive occasions, fresh
counseling will be held as per procedure.
No separate call letter
will be issued to any Candidate. If a Candidate is allotted a seat this year or
in the past inside or outside the State on the basis of result of Tripura Joint
Entrance Examination, he/she will not be considered for allotment of seats
unless he/she has surrendered the allotted seat in writing within the specified
time to the appropriate authority and produce the necessary proof for that at
the time of Counseling.
If any candidate wants to
surrender his/her allotted seat, then he/she must surrender the seat within 7
(seven) days excluding the date of receiving the seat.
After the completion of
first round of counseling, TBJEE shall inform the status of the vacant seats
along with category and course wise break up to the respective sponsoring
Department so that the vacant seats may be distributed during the counseling to
be conducted by the sponsoring Departments in subsequent stages. ONLY THE
CANDIDATE AND HIS / HER ONE GUARDIAN WILL BE ALLOW
