included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule to
the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 for Medical candidates & Masters
Degree in the concerned subject/allied discipline for Non-Medical candidates
with relevant experience.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.225/- demand draft in favour of ‘ESI
