About Kakatiya University: Kakatiya University was established on 19th August, 1976 to fulfill the aspirations of the Telangana people for higher education. The founding of the University was in fact a historic event in the sense that heralded a new era in the realms of higher education of this region.
About TSICET: TSICET-2015 is the first Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TSICET) for admission into M.B.A. and M.C.A. courses of all the Universities in Telangana State and their affiliated colleges. This test is being conducted by Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad. Kakatiya University has successfully conducted ICET in 2005, 2006, 2012, 2013 and 2014.

Selection Procedure:
1. Selection will be based on purely on entrance exam marks.
2. Qualifying marks in TSICET-2015 is 25% and no minimum marks are prescribed for SC/ST candidates.
3. Shortlisted candidates list will be uploaded on the website.
4. Only shortlisted candidates may call for further procedure.
