Counseling and Admission: The Counseling Schedule score wise/stream wise along with venue will be notified by theChairperson, Department of Education, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla-5 after the declaration of the final result of the qualifying examination. The same will also be made available on the University website www.hpuniv.in. The qualified candidates must remain in touch with the counseling schedule.

Counseling Procedure: Candidates are required to use their login and password to fill the choices of institutes through online from their place of convenience . Then they are required to lock their choices However, choices filled by all candidates will be locked automatically. After locking, students can’t change their locked choices. Seat allotments will be made on the basis of canidates rank and institute choices locked by the candidates.
Selection Procedure: Selection will be based on purely entrance exam marks. Only shortlisted candidates may apply for the further procedure. Merit list will be announced on 29/06/2015. Candidates may keep in touch with the Himachal Pradesh website for more updation regarding result and other details.
