Educational Qualification :

Name Of Post	Educational Qualification
Officer-in- Charge Polyclinic	Graduate. Retired Armed Forces officers only. Minimum 5 years work experience in Health care institution or managerial positions
Medical Specialist	MD/MS in specialty concerned. Min 03 years exp in the specialty after post Graduation
Radiologist	A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second schedule of Part II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. Post Graduate degree in the concerned speciality mentioned in section A or section B of schedule VI of the Central Health Service Regulation 1996.
Medical Officer	MBBS. Min 03 years experience after internship
Dental Officer	BDS. Min 03 years work exp.
Dental Hygienist	Should have passed 10 + 2 with Science or equivalent from a recognized Board of Institution and should have two years Diploma in Dental Hygienist/Dental Mechanic Course Registered with Central/State Govt or Dental Council of India. 03 yrs experience (Priority for Ex-servicemen)
Laboratory Technician	B.Sc (Medical Lab Technology) or Matriculation/ Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science from Recognized Institution/Board. and Diploma in Medical Lab Technology from a Recognized Institution. 03 yrs experience (Priority for Ex-servicemen)
Driver	8th Class. Class 1 MT driver (Armed Forces) Posses a civil driving license. Min 5 years exp as driver (Priority for Ex-servicemen)
Female Attendant	Literate. Minimum 5 years experience in Civil / Army Health Institutions (Priority for Armd Ex-servicemen Dependants)
Chowkidar	8th Class. GD Trade (Armed Forces). Min 5 years service (Priority for Ex-servicemen)

How to Apply For This Post : All candidates are requested submit their application along with bio-data (passport size photographs duly affixed) photo copy of all Educational and Experience certificates by 10 Feb 2015 to Station Headquarters (ECHS) Pangode Thirumala-PO Trivandrum-06. An Interview will be held at Station Headquarters Trivandrum at on 16 Feb 2015.
