Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force had invited application for vacancies in Group ‘C’ Combatised (Non-Ministerial) as Constable (Tradesman) in trade of Tailor, Gardner, Cobbler, Water Carrier, Safai Karamchari, Cook, Washerman and Barber . As per recruitment rules it was pre-decided that shortlisted candidate will go through various test/examination for this recruitment. In which include Detailed Medical Examination (DME) after which Document Verification.
ITBP had shortlisted the candidates and prepare a Merit list for candidates qualified for Medical Test. Selected Candidates now have to appear for these Test on various dates on decided Recruitment Centre for each State. DME Date Schedule is available for Constable (Tradesman) on ITBP website i.e.
Test Rules
(i) The minimum distant vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 of both eyes without correction i.e. without wearing of glasses.

(ii) The candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and they should possess high color vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
(iii) An color blind person will not eligible for appointment. If any stage of service career, person is found to be color blind, he will be boarded out as per SHAPE policy in vogue.
(iv) Any candidate with a small engraving/tattoo of name or religious symbol on the inner face of the arms or hands i~ permitted for recruitment. Candidates having permanent tattoo on any part of the body will be debarred for recruitment.
