The All central government-funded engineering schools, including the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) conducts Joint Entrance Exam Main (JEE Main) for providing admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs at NITs, IIITs, Other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions. The Joint Entrance Examination is being conducted into two parts. Every year a large number of interested and eligible students appears in this entrance examination for taking admission.

Only top 150,000 students of the main examination are eligible to sit for the JEE-Advanced test for a seat in the 16 IITs and Indian School of Mines (ISM), Dhanbad. The JEE Advanced 2015 Application Form will soon announced by the organisation for admission to Undergraduate programme at all IIT and ISM, Dhanbad. The JEE Advanced 2015 notification will soon available on its official website.
