Educational Qualification :

Sr. Manager (Personnel) – E – 5 Grade / Assistant General Manager (Personnel) – E – 6 Grade	E – 3/ E – 4/ E – 5/ E – 6 grades, candidate should be having MBA degree / PG Diploma in Human Resource/ LSW/ Personnel Management & IR of minimum 02 years duration from a recognized Institute / University (AICTE/ UGC approved) with minimum 65% aggregate marks for all years/ semesters (55% in case of SC/ST candidates). Candidates having pursued full – time regular MBA/ PG Diploma course from a recognized Institute/ University will be preferred. For E – 1/ E – 2 grade candidate should be having Full – Time MBA degree/ PG Diploma in Human Resource/ LSW/ Personnel Management & IR of minimum 02 years duration from a recognized Institute/ University (AICTE/ UGC approved) with minimum 65% aggregate marks for all years/ semesters (55% in case of SC/ST candidates). Candidates with Degree in Law will be preferred.
Accounts Officer/ Sr. Accounts Officer E 2/E3 grade	Candidates should have passed final exam of ICAI/ ICMAI OR passed MBA (Finance)/ PGDM (Finance) from a recognized institute (AICTE/ UGC approved) with minimum 65% aggregate marks for all years/ semesters (55% in case of SC/ST candidates).
Manager / Sr. Manager E 4 /E 5 grade	Candidates should have full time B. Arch, M. Arch./ MTRP/MCP/MURP/ or equivalent Master Degree from a recognized institute (AICTE/ UGC approved). Preference will be given to candidate who have completed at least one green building project design with participation/ award in design competition. Preference will be given to candidate who have designed project from Sketch up to Commissioning at National/ International Level and should have also handled Large Architectural Project independently from concept to commissioning with knowledge of latest Architectural software for preparation of 3D / Walkthrough.
Sr. Manager (Safety) E5 grade	Candidates should have full time B.E./ B. Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical) Degree from a recognized Institute (AICTE/ UGC approved) with 01 year Diploma in Industrial Safety from Regional/ Central Labour Institute.
Manager (Legal) / Sr. Manager (Legal)	Candidates should be possessing Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized University / Institute of Deemed University status, with minimum 55% aggregate marks covering the entire duration of Graduation course in Law ( 03 yrs or 05 yrs of LLB course, as the case may be ) for General/OBC candidates (50% in case of SC/ST candidates). Candidates having pursued full-time regular LL.B. course from a recognized Institute/ University will be preferred.
