Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank invites applications from Indian citizens, for the post of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) who have been declared qualified at the Online CWE – III for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/ October 2014.

Detail of Vacancies :

Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer) :- 11 posts

Officer Scale-I :- 163 posts

Office Assistant (Multipurpose) :- 256 posts

Pay Scale :

For Officer Scale – II -:Rs.42214/- approx. Per month

For Officer Scale – I -: Rs.31551/- approx. Per month

For Office Assistants -: Rs.15667/- approx. Per month

Application Fee : Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of ANDHRA PRAGATHI GRAMEENA BANK by means of a Payment challan available in the Bank’s website www.apgb.in or by NEFT from any other Bank Branches situated at any place to the account of Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank.

Officers Rs. 40/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates. Rs.150/- for all others
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) Rs. 40/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates. Rs.150/- for all others

(i) The payment towards application fee can be made through CBS from any of the Branches of Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank.

(ii) The payment towards application fee through CBS can be made between 28.04.2015 and 13.05.2015

(iii) Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and fee once paid will NOT be refunded under any circumstances nor can it be held in reserve for any other future selection process.

Selection Process :

For Office Assistant (Multipurpose):- Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) obtained by them in CWE – III of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.

For Officer Scale-I:- Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
