RRC Hubli Exam Syllabus 2015
Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Hubli will conduct a Written exam for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Station Master. Nowadays Competition Level become very high so Competitive Exams gets too tougher. So, Candidates are too much tensed or stressed about their preparation to give their best in exam. Candidates facing critical problem of “What to prepare” and “How to prepare”. So, here we are providing the latest Syllabus & Exam Pattern of Para Medical Staff Exam conducting by RRC Hubli.
Exam Pattern : Exam Pattern for the Assistant Station Master written Exam is as Follows:-
► Written Exam will be Multiple Choice Objective Type.
► The question paper will have 100 questions.
► The Time Duration of the examination will be 01:30 hours (90 minutes).
► Each question shall carry one mark. There will be negative marking in written examination and marks will be deducted for each wrong answer @ 1/3 of the marks allotted for each question.

Exam Syllabus : Exam Syllabus for Assistant Station Master written Exam is given below:-
General Awareness : Questions are designed to test the candidate‟s general awareness of the environment around him and its application to society. Questions are also designed to test knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observation and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected of an educated person. The test will also include questions relating to India and its neighboring countries especially pertaining to History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General policy and scientific research.
Arithmetic : The test of Arithmetical and Numerical abilities will cover Number Systems including questions on Simplification, Decimals, Fractions, L.C.M., H.C.F., Ratio & Proportion, Percentage, Average, Profit & Loss, Discount, Simple & Compound Interest, Menstruation, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Tables & Graphs, etc.
General Intelligence & Reasoning It would include questions of both verbal and non-verbal type. The test will include questions on Semantic Analogy, Symbolic operations, Symbolic/Number Analogy, Trends, Figural Analogy, Space Orientation, Semantic Classification, Venn Diagrams, Symbolic/Number Classification, Drawing inferences, Figural Classification, Punched hole/pattern-folding & unfolding, Semantic Series, Figural Pattern–folding and completion, Number Series, Embedded figures, Figural Series, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Emotional Intelligence, Word Building, Social Intelligence, Coding and de-coding, Other sub-topics, if any Numerical operations.
