About UKSEE-2015 : The Uttarakhand Technical University has been assigned the task of conducting UKSEE-2015 for admission to first year of MCA, BHMCT, B.Pharmacy and second Year of B.Tech. & B. Pharmacy MCA programme offered at University Departments and Government/Private Institutes of Uttarakhand (hereafter referred to as institute) for the academic year 2015-16.

Preamble : Interested and desirous candidates who wants to take admission in Academic Session 2015-16 of colleges affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University, so they are going to be a part of this admission test. As we all know, this is not a simple game to chase an entrance test, as standard of competition level is going upwards day per day, now its become tough to crack the nut of any entrance test and achieve a better score. So, aspirants must know that what stuff will they face in their exam. Now, here we are providing latest and prescribed syllabus and pattern of questions for UKSEE-2015.

Exam Pattern : Pattern of Uttarakhand State Entrance Exam-2015 will be as follows :

► Admission Test will be of objective type.
► The candidates are required to opt suitable paper(s) for appearing in the entrance examination as mentioned below subject to their eligibility, and the course(s) in which admission is being sought.

There shall be one paper of 90 minutes duration carrying 75 marks containing 75 multiple choice questions on mathematical Aptitude, Computer Science (BCA/B.Sc (CS)/B.Sc. (IT) Level and Logical Reasoning.

Mathematical Aptitude Test Areas : Logarithms, Surds, solution of simultaneous and quadratic equations, Inequalities, Matrices and Determinants, Progressions, Binomial Expansion, Permutation and Combination, Function and Relation, 2-D Coordinate Geometry, Basics of Calculus, Basic Concepts of Probability. Algebraic Structure : Group, Ring and Fields. Boolean Algebra and Prepositional Logic.

Computer Science : Representation of information & Basic Building Blocks of Computer System, Basic Operating System Concept, Algorithm development, Programming Language, Procedural and Object Oriented Programming, Basics of Data Structure with Array, Stack, Queue,Tree, Fundamental of C++ and java Programming Languages. Relational Data Model, SQL, Database Design & Normalization. Fundamentals of Computer Network, Network Topology, TCP/IP and related protocols

Accounting : Principal of accounting, Basic financial concepts, capital budgeting, casting, ratio analysis.

Analytical and Logical Reasoning : Questions will be mainly for checking logical conclusion, graphical/data interpretation, etc.
