Bombay High Court is going conduct a Competitive written
exam for the recruitment to the posts of Clerk. Nowadays Competition Level
become very high so Competitive Exams gets too tougher. Candidates facing
critical problem of “What to prepare” and “How to prepare” to give their best
in their exams. So, here we are providing the latest Syllabus & Exam
Pattern of Clerk Exam conducting by Bombay High Court.
Exam Pattern : Exam Pattern for the Clerk Screening
Test is as Follows:-

► The time duration for written test will be 01:00 hour (60 minutes).
► 45 marks will be considered as minimum passing marks for written test.
► There will also be a typing test of 20 marks and a Viva-Voce of 40 marks.

Exam Syllabus : Exam Syllabus for Clerk Examination is
given below :-
Marathi/English : Spot the Error, Fill in the Blanks,
Synonyms/Homonyms, Antonyms, Spellings/Detecting Mis-spelt words, Idioms &
Phrases, One word substitution, Improvement of Sentences, Active/Passive Voice
of Verbs, Conversion into Direct/Indirect narration, Shuffling of Sentence parts,
Shuffling of Sentences in a passage, Cloze Passage, Comprehension Passage.
General Knowledge : In this objective of questions about general
knowledge of surrounding society of the candidates to test the awareness about
surrounding activities. Questions will also be included towards a
scientist sight and thinking which expected from an educated person. So,
candidates should must focus on affairs about India and its adjacent countries
too. Scientific Progress/Development, National/International Awards, Indian
Languages, Books, Script, Capital, Currency, Sports-Athlete such as essential
knowledge
General Intelligence : Questions will be asked from analogies,
similarities and differences, spatial visualization, spatial orientation,
problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory,
discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetic reasoning,
verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series, non-verbal
series, coding and decoding, statement conclusion, syllogistic reasoning.
Arithmetic : Questions will be asked from Simplification,
Average, Percentage, Time & Work, Area, profit & Loss, Simple &
Compound Interest, Time & Speed, Investment, HCF LCM, Problem On Ages, Bar
Graph, Pictorial Graph, Pie Chart. Date Interpretation is the section which
have to be focused.
Computer : Computer Fundamentals, Windows (MS-Windows),
MS-Office : Word Processing (MS-Word), Spread Sheet (MS-Excel), Presentation
Knowledge (MS-Power Point), MS Access and Usage of Internet Services available
on Internet, Communication Technology, Networking Concepts.
