The candidate
should be well conversant in dealing with customers and should have
experience of working in Marketing/Sales department. Good communication
skills especially in written communication and working knowledge of computer
are essential. Experience of working in a multilocational company dealing in
minerals and liaising with various units would be an added advantage.

|
Incumbent should
posses working knowledge in purchase activities viz. floating of tender (both
public & Limited) , scrutiny of offers, preparation of comparative
statement, organizing SPC meetings and preparation of SPC meeting minutes,
placement of work order/ purchase orders after obtaining the approval of the
Competent Authority. Incumbent should have knowledge in endors registration
and evaluation of venders periodically. Incumbent should also have
proficiency in computer especially MS office and knowledge in eprocurement.

The candidate
should have experience in general administration, Civil, Electrical
Maintenance, tendering, award of contract and execution of general
administrative work through department / contractor in a large /medium scale
industries or Govt. department. The candidate should have good communication
skills especially in written communication and working knowledge of computers
are essential.

The candidate
should be well conversant in dealing HR matters such as HR System &
Procedure, HR Rules/Policy Formulation, Disciplinary Matters, Performance
Appraisal and Performance Management System, Pay Revision matters, DPC,
Training & Development, Labour Legislations etc. Exposure to Competency
Mapping, Assessment Centre and any other HR initiatives will be an added
advantage. The candidate should possess good communication skills especially
in written communication and working knowledge of computers are essential.
