Educational Qualification :

Level	Position	Educational Qualification
Openings at State Level	Accountant	Graduation degree in Commerce with 4 years overall & 2 years relevant post qualification working experience in Accounts& finance with reputed financial firms or non  government organizations.
	Program Executive – Admin & Logistics	02 years full – time Post Graduate Degree or Post graduate Diploma in Business Management/ Rural Management.
Openings at District Level	District Manager – Skills & Job	Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied/ Development studies or PG Diploma in Rural Development/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied/ Development studies from a recognized University/Institute , MBA  HR of a mini mum duration of 2 years.
	District Manager – Livelihoods	PG Diploma in Rural Development/Management/Business Administration/Social Work/Agriculture & Allied/Development studies from a recognized University/Institute of a minimum duration of 2 years .
	MIS Officer	BCA/PGDCA from a recognized University/ institute with l east 3 years of relevant post qualification work experience in Government/development project.
Block level Position	Block Program Manager	PG degree /Diploma in Management/ Social Work/ Rural Development/ Agriculture and allied/ Development of a minimum duration of 2 year.
Openings at District Level	District Finance Manager	Full  time 02 year MBA (finance) /Post Graduate Degree in Commerce from recognized University/Institute or CA (inter) / ICWAI (inter). You should have at least 5 year.
	Accounts Officer	full time 2 year MBA ( finance) /Post Graduate Degree in Commerce from recognized University/ Institute or CA (inter) / ICWAI (inter).
	Accountant	Post graduation in commerce or Graduation in Commerce scoring at least 60% marks from any recognized university.
