10+2/XII or equivalent and candidates must be Shorthand in Hindi or English
80 words per minute Or in typing speed in Hindi and English 35/40 per

10+2/XII or equivalent and Tying speed in Hindi 30 words per minute and 35
words per minute in computer.

candidates belonging from SC/ST OBC Handicapped Person and CCIR Employee).
