The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) was established on 1974 under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning & Development Act for Planned Sectorwise Development in Residential/ Commercial, Multiplex, Office and School Plots. It is located at Vipin Khand, Near INOX Shopping Mall, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. The authority will offer flats to the Economically weaker section (EWS), Lower Income Group (LIG) and Middle Income Group (MIG) of the society. Every year the Lucknow Development Authority announced various notification for Township Housing Project.
