Know About ITBP:- The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) is one of the eight Central Armed Police Forces of India, raised on 24 October 1962, under the CRPF Act, in the wake of the Sino-Indian War of 1962. The ITBP was intended for deployment along the India’s border with the Tibet Autonomous Region.

► ITBPF is a specialized mountain Force and most of the officers & men are professionally trained mountaineers and skiers. Being the first responder for natural disaster in the Himalayas, ITBPF has been carrying out numerous rescue and relief operations. Presently ITBP is deployed on border guarding duties from Karakoram Pass in Ladakh to Jachep La in Arunachal Pradesh covering 3488 km of Indo-China Border and manning Border Outposts on altitudes raging from 9000’ to 18700’ in the Western,Middle and Eastern Sector of the Indo-China Border.

NOTE:- ITBP make Recruitment for Various Post for Constable, Tradesman & GD, Sub Inspector, Assistant Sub Inspector & other various Posts. ITBP also conduct written exam for these post. So All ITBP Aspirants are advised to keep in touch with ITBP website & as well as with this Recruitment Page.
