High Court of Madhya Pradesh will conduct a Written exam (Preliminary) for recruitment to the posts of Stenographer Grade-2 & Grade-3 and StenoTypist. Nowadays Competition Level become very high so Competitive Exams gets too tougher. Candidates facing critical problem of “What to prepare” and “How to prepare”. So, here we are providing the latest Syllabus & Exam Pattern of Stenographer Grade III (Preliminary & Mains) Exam conducting by MP High Court.
Exam Pattern : Exam Pattern for Stenographer & Steno Typist Pre Exam is as Follows:-
► The written test will be multiple choice/objective type.
► The Time Duration will be 02:00 hours (120Minutes).
► There will be no negative marking.
► Minimum Qualifying marks- for General-55%, OBC-50%, SC-45% and ST-40%.

Exam Syllabus : Exam Syllabus for MP High Court Stenographer & Steno-Typist (Pre) written Exam is given below :-
G.K. & Social Science : History, Geography and Socio Economic development of Madhya Pradesh. Knowledge of current events of National and International importance and such matters of every day observation and experience in their scientific aspects as may be expected of an educated person who has not made a special study of any scientific subject. Paper will also include questions on Modern History (From 1857 onwards) of India, Indian culture, Indian Polity, Indian Economy, Geography of India.
Maths & Science : This paper will include questions on problems relating to Number Systems, Computation of Whole Numbers, Decimals and Fractions and relationship between Numbers, Fundamental arithmetical operations, Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Averages, Interest, Profit and Loss, Discount, use of Tables and Graphs, Menstruation, Time and Distance, Ratio and Time, Time and Work, etc.
General Hindi : Verb, preposition, adverb, subject verb agreement, Error Correction/ recognition, tenses, sentences rearrangement, fill in the blanks with articles etc., comprehension, answering questions based on unseen passage, vocabulary, synonyms and antonyms usage, vocabulary & grammar, Proficiency in the language.
English Knowledge : Verb, preposition, adverb, subject verb agreement, Error Correction/ recognition, tenses, sentences rearrangement, fill in the blanks with articles etc., comprehension, answering questions based on unseen passage, vocabulary, synonyms and antonyms usage, vocabulary & grammar, Proficiency in the language.
Computer Knowledge : Computer Fundamentals, Windows (MS-Windows), MS-Office : Word Processing (MS-Word), Spread Sheet (MS-Excel), Presentation Knowledge (MS-Power Point), MS Access and Usage of Internet Services available on Internet, Communication Technology, Networking Concepts.
